Aim Leadership Holds Second ‘Aim Talks’

Building on last year’s success, Aim Transportation Solution hosted its second ‘Aim Talks’ panel. This townhall-style discussion allows Aim Co-Presidents Geoff Fleming and Scott Fleming, alongside members of the senior-level leadership team, to share all the exciting programs, changes and opportunities coming down the pike for Aim. Not only that, but it also serves as a grand stage to recognize the hard work and dedication of Aim’s employees.
One of Aim Talks’ main objectives is transparency. Aim leadership understands employees want to know about matters that directly impact their professional and personal lives—subjects like employee benefits, policy changes, service enhancements, etc.—and they also desire to know more about the overall state of the company—how it’s doing, where it’s going, what’s the outlook?

On Wednesday, April 19, Aim Transportation Solutions held a kick-off event at their Trumbull Avenue office in Youngstown, OH to celebrate their new partnership with ELD supplier, Platform Science.

Aim Celebrates Five Years of Partnership with ICI Foods

This year marks five years since Industrial Commodities, Inc. (ICI Foods) joined the Aim Integrated Logistics team. As a celebration of this partnership and a gesture of appreciation, Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales Tom Reda and Regional Director of Logistics Tommy Culpepper traveled to Kings Mountain, NC to take the ICI team out for a night on the town.
Reda and Culpepper were joined by ICI drivers and partners for a tour of the ICI plant and dinner.
“Facility tours and business dinners like these allow us to forge meaningful, trusted, long-lasting one-on-one relationships with our customers,” said Senior VP of Integrated Sales Tom Reda. “We were grateful to have the ICI team take the time to join us to break bread and celebrate five years of partnership.”

With the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s (CVSA) International Roadcheck set for May 16-18, the 72-hour commercial vehicle inspection blitz will be set upon the industry ready or not
Each year, the CVSA sets categories of focus for roadside inspections during this annual high-volume, high-visibility event. This year, law enforcement officials will be taking an extra careful look at anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and cargo securement as they primarily conduct the 37-step North American Standard Level I Inspections.
